This summer, I was able to make some time for Las Vegas. I was really happy to be able to see my friends since I haven't been there in 3 years.As per usual, I HAD to rent a convertible Mustang. I reserved on ahead of time through Avis. But not the airport Avis; they wanted double the money to rent from there. Well, after being stuck on the runway for 2 hours in Atlanta due to storms, I arrived in Las Vegas to find that they considered me a "no show" and gave my car away. What the hell? Luckily, my friend Liz, was able to pick me up from the airport.
Las Vegas has so many great restaurants. My first night, I had a really good steak dinner at Claimjumpers. But my real love is El Pollo Loco. I love their tostada bowl salads. So yummy!
