The Al Ain Rotana has its own desert camp. They had a big desert party, and I decided to go. It was crazy windy when we got there, sand was in my water, stuck to my face and in my mouth. There was an indoor area for some relief and there was a great barbeque.

| I also saw my first camel spider! Ugh! This isn't the actual picture, and a camel spider isn't actually a spider. It is in the arachnid family but it's like a cross between a spider and a scorpion. Ewwww! |
