Last Day

Our last day in Roseto.  Everyone wanted us to stay one more day for the festival of St. Anthony, but we already bought out ferry tickets to Dubrovnik that night, so we were going to have to head out.
The Cotturo/Policelli family home.  Gregorio told me that the elder Gregorio Policelli bought it from Antonio Cotturo many years ago.  It is all locked up, so I couldn't go inside.
A picture of me in front of my grandfather's childhood home, recreating this photo of my grandmother from so many years ago.
The town bulletin board and the perfect place for people watching.

Getting ready for the festival.

Our faithful doggy, Leo, who followed us everywhere.

Mary, Caesare Ruggiero and me.
Leo waiting for us to come out.
Good bye for now Roseto.  Time to head to Bari for part two of our adventure.
